Welcome to lemme it. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas or an eligible jurisdiction as determined by lemme it.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Have a valid payment method for installment payments.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion.

3. How lemme it Works

lemme it is a buy now, pay later service that provides users with spending power to make purchases. Here’s how it works:

• Spending Power: Upon approval, you are granted a spending limit starting at $50. This is not a loan, line of credit, or credit card. It is a deferred payment arrangement.
• Payments: Your balance is split into 4 equal installment payments. Payments are due on the dates specified at the time of your purchase.
• Tier System: On-time payments may increase your spending limit through our tier system (Starter $50, Rising $200, Trusted $500, Elite $1,000). Tier advancement is determined at our sole discretion based on your payment history.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create more than one account, share your account with others, or transfer your account to another person.

5. Payment Terms

• Installment Schedule: When you use your spending power, your total balance will be divided into 4 equal payments. The first payment may be due at the time of purchase or on the date specified.
• Payment Methods: You must maintain a valid payment method on file. Payments will be automatically charged on the scheduled due dates.
• Late Payments: If a payment is missed or declined, we may suspend your account, reduce your spending tier, or take other collection actions as permitted by law. We may also charge a late fee as disclosed at the time of your transaction.
• No Interest: lemme it does not charge interest on your installment payments. However, late fees may apply as outlined above.

6. Spending Tiers

Our tier system rewards responsible payment behavior:

• Starter ($50): All new users begin at this tier.
• Rising ($200): Available after demonstrating consistent on-time payments.
• Trusted ($500): Available to users with an established positive payment history.
• Elite ($1,000): Our highest tier, reserved for members with a proven track record.

Tier advancement is not guaranteed and is determined at our sole discretion. We may adjust, freeze, or reduce your tier and spending limit at any time based on your payment history, account activity, or risk assessment.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures or exploit our systems.
• Use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Resell, transfer, or commercially exploit your spending power or account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and intellectual property associated with lemme it and our Services are owned by lemme it Ltd. or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, lemme it Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to lemme it in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless lemme it Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or inactivity. Upon termination, any outstanding payment obligations remain due and payable in full.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Account closure does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nassau, New Providence, The Bahamas for the resolution of any disputes.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and lemme it concerning your use of the Services.
